Get Started
Life can be challenging, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're dealing with stress, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to offer support and guidance in a safe space. Let's work together to uncover the life you want and deserve.
The clients I work with often show up for their lives with care and intention. And still, there may be an undercurrent of tension, confusion, or longing that hasn’t had space to be explored. I believe meaningful change begins when we pause and bring awareness to both our inner and outer experiences. In doing so, we start to notice the stories, patterns, and emotions that have been shaping us. Over time, this awareness can create room for clarity, self-trust, and change.
Before becoming a therapist, my background was rooted in journalism and brand storytelling. I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories—how they’re shaped, carried, and quietly held. I spent several years creating intentional experiences designed to evoke a particular feeling, yet what stayed with me was never the production itself, but the people within it. Over time, I found myself wanting to offer support and be present for change that extended beyond a single moment. Today, I bring that same attentiveness into the therapy room. My approach is relational and centered on building a safe, supportive connection where you can explore what lies beneath the surface. I see the therapeutic relationship as a meaningful part of the work—one that offers empathy, understanding, and room for change. I approach this work with deep respect for the vulnerability it takes to share your inner world. My hope is to create a space that feels thoughtful and genuinely human, where you are met with curiosity and empathy as your story continues to unfold.

In-person therapy is offered at my Nashville office. Meeting face-to-face allows for deeper presence, nervous system regulation, and embodied work. For clients who feel supported by shared physical space, this setting can foster a strong sense of connection and safety. Sessions move at a thoughtful pace, with care given to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience. This approach can be especially supportive for those seeking a more grounded, relational experience in therapy.

Frequently Asked Questions
My fee per session is $165. As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I can provide you with an invoice statement (also known as a superbill) to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Clients often get reimbursed this way, but this does depend on your individual coverage.
Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located within Tennessee. Many clients find this option convenient and just as effective as in-person therapy.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. 80 minute sessions and intensives are also available, and may be especially beneficial for clients wishing to dive deeper into trauma processing. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, although the frequency can be adjusted based on your individual needs and goals.
There’s no set timeline for therapy. Some clients find it helpful to work together for a specific season, while others choose ongoing support. We’ll check in periodically to make sure the work continues to feel meaningful and aligned with your goals.
Because appointment times are reserved for you individually, late cancellations prevent others who may have needed that appointment from scheduling a session. A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will be billed to your credit card on file.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time away, my goal is to help you feel deeply seen and supported as you navigate this season of life. If you’re curious about working together, a free discovery call offers a low-pressure space to ask questions and explore next steps.
